Bimmerdepot provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

- MEMBER'S ACCOUNT -

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Bimmerdepot and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

- GROUP BUY RULES -

- Group buys are offered on certain items at specific points in time for a specific duration.
- The group buy price for an item is only valid within the context of the group buy and if the group buy is completed.
- The group buy is completed if a minimum number of participants purchase the item within the context of the group buy.
- The payment information must be provided at the time of registration to the group buy. The total price of the item, shipping costs and applicable taxes will be charged.
- If the group buy is not completed, participants will receive a full refund.
- Participants can withdraw at anytime up to 24 hours before the group buy end date. They will not be charged.
- After the group buy is completed, participants can return the item according to our return policy described below.
- We reserve the right to cancel a group buy at anytime in which case there will be no charge for the participants.
- Items start shipping once the group buy is closed and the minimum number of participants is reached. In some instances, a delay is required before shipping to clear every participant's payment.
- When an item is offered in a group buy, the item can still be purchased outside of the group buy context for immediate shipment. Group buy price does not apply in this case.

- PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS -

Bimmerdepot and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Bimmerdepot does not warrant that product descriptions and photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bimmerdepot itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

- PRODUCT USE -

Some of the products offered by Bimmerdepot are for competition, show or off-road use only. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations.

- PRICE -

All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees when applicable are not included. GST of 5% will be charged to all Canadian orders. GST of 5% and QST of 7.5% will be charged to Quebec orders. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

- PAYMENT -

All sales must be prepaid. We currently accept payments with most major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal money transfers. We do not accept COD orders or personal checks. All payments will be cleared before items are shipped.

- SECURITY -

Financial transactions are handled by a third party financial institution using industry-standard secure 128-bit SSL connections and encryption for safe service.

- SHIPPING -

For your security, items will only be shipped to the confirmed billing address without exceptions. We use UPS for shipping items to Canada and the USA. For special, large and/or heavy items, we will use freight services.
All shipping charges are displayed upon checkout, before the payment is made. In rare instances, we may contact you if the shipping charges change.
In-stock items generally ship the same day. In certain instances, backorder items ship directly from the manufacturer for faster service.
International customers (outside USA) may be charged duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Bimmerdepot is not responsible for these extra fees.

- DAMAGE IN SHIPPING -

If the packaging of the item you receive appears damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and file a complaint with the carrier. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
Products damaged in shipping or having items missing from the packaging must be reported to Bimmerdepot within 48 hours of delivery. These are the rules given to us by our delivery companies. Therefore, be prepared to examine your order within 24 hours of delivery to make sure it is complete and undamaged. Reports after 48 hours cannot have claims for damage or loss reliably filed against them and the best we may be able to do for you is to repair the items at your cost for parts, labor and shipping, if repair is possible. After 72 hours, missing items must be purchased. Damage or lost package claims are filed through the freight company and we must follow their process. We will need clear pictures of the damaged items before we can process any claims. We do NOT do advanced replacements.

- RETURNS -

Before sending your product for warranty issues make sure you fully troubleshoot your situation. Shipping is not covered after 30 days of receiving the product. International shipping is not covered to or from us at any time. If the items are tested and working properly you will be responsible for any shipping charges to have the items sent back to you. Physically damaged products are NOT covered under warranty. All returns will NEED an RMA Number clearly written on at least one side of the box. Include the RMA form (supplied by us) inside the box with your return. Keep a copy for your records. We strongly suggest that you return your product to us using a carrier that provides shipping insurance. Often returns arrive broken and we can then not honor the warranty. We will work with you and your carrier to obtain compensation for broken products. Returns for working items must be in new/unused condition with the original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will we accept a return for a part that has been primed or painted, even if we shipped you the wrong part. You must test fit body parts before installation to verify fitment. Unpainted parts in original condition and packaging can be returned or exchanged. Warranty claims are at the discretion of Bimmerdepot. Products damaged due to installation are not covered under warranty. If your purchased items are damaged during shipping, please see the section above. Claims are time sensitive and need to be filed as soon as possible. Please inspect your package within 24 hours of receiving your items to make sure everything is correct. If you are unsure that your item will be covered under warranty feel free to email us.
We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA'd item with an identical replacement item of the same make and model. If the return policy period for a refund has not yet expired, you can request an RMA Refund (subject to 25% restocking fee), order a new item, and we'll refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product.
All returns must be authorized by us first. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns will be authorized only for items in original, packed, clean, unused condition within 10 days of the delivery. We will not accept COD returns. Returns will not be authorized for custom items, used parts and electrical/electronic parts.
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all returns. Shipping is not refundable. An allowance for shipping will be charged if the item was shipped with FREE Shipping. No restocking fee will be charged for returns resulting from our error.

- WARRANTY -

Most items offered by Bimmerdepot are fully covered by their manufacturers warranty. Please contact us for details on the coverage.
All warranty products need to be shipped back to us and tested before we can ship out replacements. We replace defective bulbs in pairs. If you have a bad bulb that is covered under warranty, send back both bulbs.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bimmerdepot or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Bimmerdepot and protected by international copyright laws. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written consent of Bimmerdepot. You are granted a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Bimmerdepot so long as the link does not portray Bimmerdepot, its associates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.
Bimmerdepot's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Bimmerdepot's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Bimmerdepot. All other trademarks not owned by Bimmerdepot or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Bimmerdepot or its subsidiaries.

- USER-SUBMITTED MATERIAL -

Visitors may post reviews, comments and other content and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Bimmerdepot reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Bimmerdepot and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Bimmerdepot and its associates and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. By visiting Bimmerdepot, you agree that the laws of the province of Quebec, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bimmerdepot or its associates.

- DISPUTES -

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Bimmerdepot or to products you purchase through Bimmerdepot shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Quebec, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bimmerdepot's intellectual property rights, Bimmerdepot may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any provincial or federal court in the province of Quebec, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrators' award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

- MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY -

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
